Rainy Beach Day

November is ending and December is about to show up.  Beach??? Down here at Southern Tagalog ( Quezon province) the clouds are dark and pouring. The wind is uncompromising. The outdoor weather is definitely not a beach day today.
Rain, rain go away come again another day.. Ascertain Bliss want to beach today !!!
