Crazy About The Hobbit

It all started with The Hobbit which they watched last X'mas holiday and fell in love with this pre-sequel of Lord Of The Rings. My girls couldn't get over it and had me dvd marathon-ed with them the trilogy..

..of LOTR : Fellowship Of The Ring, Two Towers & Return Of The King. We dedicated the recent weekends to be consumed by these 3 loong movies at home. Yes two days of LORT!!! Notwithstanding the fact that I had  seen them all in the theaters with husband on each actual showing.
Well now, blame me never if my Englishes gots my masters really confuses, haha.

Furthermore, my dreamy girls have raised the bar of their hobbit's craze. They are presently bugging their dad to bring them to The Hobbiton. Atleast, they want a promise from him. Not to make haste (haha, so hobbiton!), they can wait.
We all know that this location set is open to the public and offering Movie Set Tours for a fee ofcourse. In New Zealand. wt#???
In fairness to my girls, they know dreams come true. Their dad is actually currently based in this land of the hobbits.
So, maybe..

.. my girls' fingers are crossed. haha. Good luck my preeeciousss ( gollum??? )

p.s. in case you haven't seen this flight so full of hobbits, elves, dwarves, orcs && other LOTR characters
enjoy!

Shrek in 4D

Girls' fave area at UStudios_ the Far Far Away where fab queens and princesses live with handsome kings and princes.

Wait. . why  plenty of boys too?

. . cos most of them look like love to see Shrek in 4D.

I love him too. It's one of the few animated movies I watched and liked.

The 4D theater was inside an enchanted palace. Like the one you would imagine the real Princess Fiona lived.

Remember Donkey's love team?_Dragon? I sure want to experience this D380 air coach flying over the entire kingdom,:)))

Sorry folks, can't bring you inside. My cam was only up to this point. It was off limit inside. And sure I wanted to enjoy the experience without shooting task, so see you later.

Later on. . . after the show, Puss was outside amusing everyone. Wow, I love Shrek 4D! It rocked me, blew wind and tickled my nape, showered me with droplets of water, tickled my feet with_ I didn't know what! Made me feel I was inside the movie! Ofcourse_ that's what 4D is all about! Pardon my first timer moroness, haha.

Actually, while in SG, I got to enjoy movies (3D or not) right inside my room!

My room had home theater! Happiness!

A lot better than most of  the luxurious 5 star hotels in this expensive city. I'm so blessed to have a friend who is based here whose anonymity ( no matter how proud I am of her) I shall keep. Cos, the last time I blogged a friend's lifestyle and proudly introduced her thru a post, she was swarmed in with user-friendly people. You know, those social climbers trying to fish big catch thru  internet. That is so low-end! I hate those cheappys! Some didn't even bother to ask me to introduce them to my friends. That's so boohoo!!!!

Friendship must be real and sincere. Not just another pretentious 4D!!!

MovieTrips

No nature trip. My recent week has been consumed by movie trips in 2D theaters. All out firing, blasting , fighting, running . . .haaay, I was darned so tired after each movie but the spirit lingers  _ fighting spirit ! I feel up and alive to fight my daily battles in real world.

My first movie was Inception, Leonardo De Carpio. We went in almost 20 minutes passed the beginning of the movie.(no choice thu', the next showing was lfs at 10 pm and it was only 7pm).  Not sure if I missed a lot of essential scenes, must had been why at the end of the movie I felt like I had to watch it all over again to fully absorb it. Anyway, bottom line is_ it was very engaging, exciting and a kind of movie you wouldn't want to miss a single screen scene so as not to get lost at the next scene. Remember _ Inception is a dream within a dream within a dream . . . a series / piles /layers  of dreams. . ugh. . that wasn't easy. When the lights turned back on, I had to ask myself  : am I dreamin' or what?? hahaha! That good !

My second movie was Salt, Angelina Jolie. With minimal three outfits, Angelina plunged into a role she does best - a heroine. It's one movie that swiftly took me away.. fast, exciting. . not much thinking needed from reality. Each scene deliciously answered each of my child prayer - that the heroine Salt stayed alive and free all throughout the movie. Never mind if she fought with gazillion big gunned men and killed all of them or leaped off a moving subway train to a moving truck down the bridge and emerged unscathed with her pouting lips.
This movie has done its job well - took me in a make believe world.Where a woman could take down all the bad men - single handed and still emerged beautiful. loveth !
